The carrier network universe has been slowly moving towards a fully programmable cloud computing platform. The major forces for this shift are Content and IoT. Meanwhile, in the content universe, the chains of creators, distributors, and consumers, are having transparency issues caused by fraud, privacy, security, and trust particles. We will discuss how the forces of Edge computing and Blockchains can enable carrier networks to provider a better delivery model resulting in transparent and verifiable information chains.
